LOCATION
Ard Na Mara is one of the best destinations for you to enjoy the Margaret River Region’s world-class wineries, award-winning restaurants, chic bars, trendy cafes, amazing craft breweries, famous surf breaks and stunning white sandy beaches – all within a 10-minute drive. You are conveniently located close to Dunsborough’s town centre, the village of Yallingup, and the glorious beaches at Smiths, Injidup and Meelup but far enough away to truly unwind. It’s so peaceful here!
LAYOUT
At the centre of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room which offers endless views to the ocean, pool and gardens, as well as direct access out onto a large, covered entertaining deck with BBQ.
The eastern wing of the home consists of a king bedroom and queen bedroom (both with ensuites) separated by a laundry.
The western wing of the home encompasses a superbly equipped queen bedroom studio overlooking the pool and close to the shared family bathroom. Adjoining this zone is a kids bunk room. This home suits two families sharing extremely well.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
The shed and garage are not included in the rental.
