Our 2-storey home consists of 4 Queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs all with lockable sliding doors leading outside. With an expansive open living space, kitchen, dining, balcony, fireplace and toilet on the upper level there will be ample of space for all to enjoy and entertain.
The large weatherproof balcony is where you will spend many mornings watching the sunrise, enjoying a refreshing drink in the evening, cook up a storm on the BBQ and in winter by the fire appreciating the South-West Regions wines.
Ashani is perfect location - just a short 8-minute walk to Augusta town or a leisurely stroll down to Hardy Inlet walking along the Whale Trail to the Colour Patch for a delicious breakfast or evening meal.
Augusta offers an abundance of activities, breathtaking views, and natural beauty. It is the perfect destination for all ages and is an easy place to unwind, read a book, fish, kayak the Blackwood River or tackle a portion of the Cape to Cape.
