About this property

A large holiday home situated in the heart of Augusta town. Only a short stroll to the IGA supermarket, local shops, hotel and bakery. The upstairs deck has sensational views to the Blackwood River and Flinders Bay. The kitchen and living areas also have great views.

Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king singles. The master bedroom has an ensuite and separate toilet. The fully equiped kitchen is spacious and functional . The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a woodfire heater upstairs with a good supply of wood .

Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a two sets of bunk beds (single). There is a second bathroom with a separate toilet and also the laundry. Downstairs has a rumpus room with TV/DVD-perfect area for entertaining the children.

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold taps and is perfect for a wash- off after the beach.
