About this property

Modern private luxury home with magnificent ocean views over Yallingup Beach and Cape Naturaliste. The home is located on Caves Ridge on the perimeter of the immaculate grounds of Caves House and within easy walking distance to Yallingup Beach, Smith Beach and all amenities of Caves House. Dunsborough town is 10 minutes by car, Margaret River Township is 30 minutes.

The home is fully equipped and accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms (3 with queensize beds and one with 2 singles). Main bedroom has its own private ensuite, the second bathroom has separate shower, bath and vanity with separate second toilet. Full linen is supplied (tea towels, doonas, sheets, pillow cases , bath mats and towels) and beds are made up ready for your relaxing holiday. Please note that beach towels are not provided. The house has slow combustion wood fire (wood provided) and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Outdoors has a large balcony with gas BBQ and table seating 10.

2 TV's with DVD, games, Hi-Fi with I-Pod connection and table tennis is provided.

The house has a large secure double lock-up garage and outside hot shower.

Yallingup and Smith's beaches both offer safe swimming for children as well as excellent surfing waves, both are an easy walk from "Beached As". Caves House offers bar, restaurants, gardens and picnic area.
