Burnvale is a single-level family home brimming with features to appeal to families or groups of friends. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, it’s also walking distance into town. Parents will appreciate the spacious layout and thoughtful features, including a separate TV/games room for the kids and the kayaks, totem tennis, books and games, highchair and the TV in the outdoor BBQ area. You will also love the beautiful timber flooring and the high ceilings in the living area. The main open-plan living areas overlook an enclosed backyard and a manicured lawn, meaning it’s easy to keep an eye on the little kids at play. It’s easy to get to the beach from here as there is a paved shortcut to take. You can be down at the beach in about five minutes! The layout of the home is as follows: the master bedroom and singles bedroom are at the front of the house, whereas the remaining two queen bedrooms are at the other end of the house, separated by a shared bathroom and laundry. The living areas are centralised.
