This 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has been freshly appointed with superior furnishings throughout. Equipped to sleep 8 people, the master bedroom has a King bed, second and third bedrooms have 2 king singles each, and fourth bedroom a queen bed. All quality linen is provided for your stay. This house is well designed for those with children, providing a separate TV / DVD and games room downstairs, as well a cot and a highchair.

Upstairs is the spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a generous entertaining deck. This open plan area includes a lounge area with comfortable lounges and stereo at your fingertips.
There is one section of the deck area with outdoor lounge and umbrella, and another section with al freso dining and BBQ.

There are 2 bathrooms in this home, one with a shower & toilet (upstairs), and the other is part of the laundry downstairs with a shower and separate toilet. The fully equipped laundry is also provided for those staying a little longer, with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs & downstairs and open fireplace downstairs it makes for a comfortable holiday option any time of the year.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided. During winter months, we provide some complimentary wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters for houses with indoor fire places. Guests requiring more wood for their stay - or wishing to use the fire outside of winter months - will need to purchase their own, available at local service stations and hardware stores. We do not supply wood for fire pits (where applicable), guests must supply their own and check before lighting any outdoor fires in case of a Total Fire Ban. No outdoor fires are permitted between 1 December to 28 February every year, subject to change at any time – please consult the DFES website before lighting any fires outdoors (this does not apply to gas BBQs/pizza ovens).
