Idlehour - Exclusive Escapes

Located high on Yallingup hill with breath taking views, you will feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Entering from the ground floor you have 2 of the 4 bedrooms, these consist of a King and a room for the kids with a bunk bed.  You will be comfortable all year round with all bedrooms having their own split cycle air con. For your convenience, there is a bathroom with shower located on this level. You will also find a perfect room for the children to relax and watch their favourite movies in, or perhaps you may wish to bring their game console so they can stay entertained with that. This room has sliding doors for them to be able to play in the garden which overlooks the ocean.   Before heading up the stairs to the main living area you will see the laundry room (please note this property does not have a clothes dryer)

Upstairs you will be  greeted by a vast view across Yallingup Beach, Mainbreak and to the rear of the property is the greenery of the bush. Truly the best of both worlds! Spend time cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy long lunches in the dining area. Sip your favourite local wine on the deck and watch the surfers revel in their playground of the ocean. In the cooler months, snuggle up on the lush sofas and watch the waves crash below.

This main level also consists of the impressive master bedroom with panoramic views and spacious ensuite and walk in robe. For your comfort, this room is fitted with electric blinds.  A further queen room with its own ensuite is located on this floor as well.

There is one further level upstairs with large sofas for you to sit and enjoy the view even further. This room is great for the kids too, with a TV and a small sink area and powder room.

Idlehour is the epitome of a luxury beach getaway perfect for all year round. Take a walk down to the infamous Yallingup beach - enjoy the outdoor heated shower on your return, or just a short walk to where there is a great local coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store.  Enjoy a meal and drinks at Caves House Hotel or drive further out to experience the local wineries and breweries.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. The Noise Bond and Refundable Bond will be at risk should complaints be received.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your main and noise bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
