Entering the home from the upper level, you are greeted with brilliant views over the treetops and ocean vistas that can be admired from all angles. The main living, dining and kitchen zone is situated on this level with easy care tiled flooring, radiant natural light, and soaring ceilings creating an amazing sense of space.
The galley style kitchen offers generous bench space and provides everything you need to make holiday cooking a breeze; with an oven and gas stovetop, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
Two dining tables are available, giving you the option to take in the views from a different perspective for each meal. When you want to relax with a view, the living zone offers an ample setting with a Smart TV and a/c.
Dinner on the balcony is a must during your stay for prime views of those famous WA sunsets. Offering an 8 seater table and Weber gas BBQ, there is room for everyone to enjoy.
The secluded master suite offers gorgeous views of the natural bushland, and direct access to the decked balcony; the perfect place to sip your morning coffee. Includes a king bed, smart TV, walk in robe and ensuite with walk in shower and vanity.
Downstairs:
An additional lounge room is offered downstairs, the perfect place for the kids to play or have some downtime after a day exploring the South West, offering board games, books, smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
It also includes a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and sink, an added bonus for those staying on the lower level.
