This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is ideally located just 600m from the main street of Margaret River. Sitting within the Leeuwin Apartments complex, there is a pool, gym, playground, BBQ area and half tennis court to keep you entertained. Suitable for up to 6 guests across the 3 bedrooms, the apartment features everything you need for a comfortable stay down south.

The Space

Upon entry you are greeted by a simple yet well-appointed kitchen, open plan dining and lounge area which opens up onto the outdoor alfresco area overlooking the pool.

There is good separation between the 3 bedrooms being located at the front, rear and centrally within the apartment with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite whilst a roomy special access bathroom services the other two bedrooms.

The complex features an abundance of facilities including free-form pool, fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, children's playground, BBQ entertaining area and half tennis court.
