Welcome to MacLeod's Fairway. A 4x bedroom 2x bathroom well presented house backing onto Dunsborough Lakes golf course. A perfect outlook to sit and enjoy a cuppa in the morning whilst the birds dance around you in the trees.
Entering the house you are welcomed by a light filled hallway with the master King room to the left. This room is sure to impress with its large en-suite & spa bath, shower, private WC along with his & her sinks. 2x large walk in robes to store your belongings and a private small courtyard.
A kids retreat is just off to the right hand side of the entrance with a sofa, books and games for all to enjoy. Moving to the spacious kitchen you have everything you need to cook up a storm! Enjoy a family dinner around the beautiful dining room table, or perhaps you would prefer to dine alfresco if the weather suits. Snuggle up in front of the TV with the fire roaring on those cooler nights. For the sunnier days, book yourself 9 holes and enjoy lunch at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. Some of the guests could even watch you from the comfort of the back garden!
The minor bedrooms are all located down the left hand side of the house consisting of 2x Queens and a small single room perfect the solo traveller or child. You will also find the main bathroom complete with bath, separate shower, WC and laundry room.
MacLeod's Fairway is the ultimate family home away from home for you to enjoy the delights of the South West!
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
