Our large family friendly holiday home is an ideal base to explore all the amenities, attractions and leisure activities Down South offers.

THE SPACE
A “Classic” Margaret River escape, our Down South “home away from home”. Lovingly crafted from rustic mud bricks, timber bush poles, steel and glass with warm jarrah timber flooring and timber lined cathedral style ceilings throughout. Comfortably sleeping 12, all five bedrooms are spacious, airy and filled with natural light. The two King master suites are nestled on the upper level. Relaxing, spacious and calm parent bedrooms and retreats both enjoy ensuite bathrooms, studies and large private balconies overlooking the treetops- perfect for enjoying a breakfast coffee, reading a book, yoga, meditation or lazing on the hammock or daybed listening to the bird life. Other guest bedrooms are collocated on the ground floor. (Refer to Plans)
The large, country style kitchen is well equipped with European appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and pantry all set up for family cooking and entertaining everyone. The casual open plan lounge area with double height vaulted timber ceiling, wood fire and comfy sofas is perfect for a family evening get together, movie night, board games or simply enjoying a quiet glass of wine and nibbles by the fire.
In the warmer months, throw open the large sliding folding doors from the living area to the alfresco dining and entertaining area overlooking the rolling lawn. This large undercover rear timber deck is equipped with outdoor lounge, sun beds, dining table, table tennis table, dart board, BBQ, portable gas heater, ceiling fans and party lights- there’s not much more you could need or want! The lawn is perfect for kids fun, a bounce on the trampoline, play on the swings, ball games, making cubbies, star gazing or just relax, soaking up some leisure time in the sun! You are welcome to wander the grounds, peacefully enjoying the tall Marri and Red gum trees and wildflowers- the odd kangaroo is likely to hop by and say G’day!
GUEST ACCESS
Located in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region, on the ocean side of Caves Road, secluded in a beautiful bush setting. Only a short 9 minute drive to both Surfer’s Point at Prevelly and Margaret River township, Gnarabup Beach 12 minutes, Gracetown Beach 18 minutes.
3 minutes to 4WD access to the quiet ‘locals’ Kilcarnup Beach. We are within easy walking distance to spectacular sections of the Cape to Cape Walk and it’s breathtaking coastal views- the property offers guests a convenient, secluded and private location.
Escape and explore the caves, whale/ dolphin watch, swim, surf, snorkel, fish, run, trek or mountain bike OR just wander amongst nature, relax, enjoy a game of golf or tour the art galleries, enjoy tastings at world class wineries, distilleries and breweries while sampling a selection of delicious local gourmet produce- chocolate, truffles, bread, cheese, ice cream, olives and meats. All the good things in life- on your Down South doorstep!
The property stands next to our own holiday home. It is entirely private and guests have exclusive use to all areas listed and photographed including the 2.5 acres of grounds, gardens and lawn shared by both homes.

New quality designer bed linen and luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels are included in the accommodation price- you do not need to rent linen separately as with a number of holiday homes in the South West.
