Entering through the large wooden front door you are hit by the high ceilings and natural light given by the windows. With the white walls, beautiful artwork and a floor to ceiling window showcasing a beautiful oversized outdoor pot plant, you could be mistaken as to being in a gallery!

To the front of the property there is a laundry room with washer and dryer, this room then leads out into a small decked area with washing line and infamous pot plant you can see through the hallway window!

A TV room with large LED Smart TV is the perfect place for the kids to relax after a day of exploring.

The first bedroom you come to is the second master room with queen bed. Beautifully designed with walk in robe and en- suite.

Moving down the hallway to bedroom number 3 with a queen bed. This bedroom shares the main family bathroom with a huge deep stand-alone bath tub & separate shower.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

Towards the rear of the property you will find the luxurious master room with a king-sized velvet bed. The en-suite is huge with his & hers sinks. The bedroom also has the added extra of sliding doors leading out to a modest decked courtyard.

A powder room is conveniently located just before entering though to the exquisite main living, dining and kitchen where you will be blown away. Every last detail has been meticulously thought out by Addstyle to suit the family way of living. The kitchen has been designed with fully integrated Miele appliances. Bring your coffee pods for that morning coffee either at the breakfast bar with bi-folding windows or outside in the garden.

The 8x seater dining room table is perfect for hosting the dinner party. Contact Olsens catering and ask them about their EpiCuriosity package. Great fun and something different to kick start your holiday.

The gas fire is an added bonus in the winter months and sets the ambience effortlessly. For the summer months take advantage of the fully ducted air con to keep you cool.

Bi-folding doors set the tone for the main living area and invite the outdoors in.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
