Moriarty Studio - chic couple's retreat

Welcome to Moriarty Studio, where you'll enjoy the peace, tranquility and views across 5 stunning acres. Perfect for 1-2 couples the accommodation has 2 king bedrooms, lounge, kitchenette, one bathroom and separate toilet.

We live on the property, just the two of us, no children, just one small inquisitive Lakeland Terrier. The studio and main house are under one roof – completely separated by a large central Alfresco area – with each have separate entrances and car parking.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. We won't bother you but we're always available for advice or help.

Inside, quality furnishings and contemporary art add a high level of comfort, interest and vibrancy. Outside, spotting the wide array of birdlife is captivating from the elevated deck at close quarters. It's the perfect place to relax with a Margaret River wine and cheese while watching the sun go down.

THE SPACE
Comfortable king beds in each of the two large bedrooms, the first leads onto the elevated deck and has a small desk for those that can't escape the office altogether. The second bedroom looks out onto the front garden and abundant birdlife.

The luxury bathroom has a free-standing bath and huge shower together with a separate toilet/powder room. The lounge area has a Samsung Smart TV with the full Foxtel package and Netflix. You can plug into the Bose sound system to play your favourite music. Free Wifi also available.

The kitchenette contains plenty of quality cookware, a slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, serving dishes and kitchen utensils.

There is also a wood-burning stove - great for cosy winter nights. All living and bedroom areas have ceiling fans and there is a split reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area which travels through to the bedrooms.

Quality bedding and towels provided. Dedicated external parking area on the property for two cars.
