Rabbits Break is a classic beachside holiday home with all the modern trimmings. Built to exacting specifications, it is ideally located just minutes walk from the world-famous Yallingup Beach. Yallingup beach is suited for families and adventurers alike, having both a sheltered lagoon for safe swimming, and a world-class surfing break out beyond the reef.
The house its self features 4 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child. It has been purposely built with disabled access to the ground floor master suite. Downstairs you will find a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and TV room. The dining area opens out into a private court yard ideal for relaxing in the afternoons all year round as it has built in electric heaters for the cooler months.
Upstairs you will find 3 further bedrooms with a Queen room, Tri Bunk (sleeping a child only on top due to weight restrictions) and a second master room complete with a Queen bed and en-suite. Upstairs, you will also find the main family bathroom.
The garage has been converted to a kids retreat with a pool table, bean bags, games and surf boards you are welcome to use during your stay.
Other attractions within walking distance include a coffee shop for your morning coffee and breakfast, Caves House general Store, and Caves House Hotel. You can walk to Caves House up the “Ghost Trail”, through the manicured gardens and enjoy a great pub meal, or enjoy the sunset on the grass at Yallingup Beach.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
