Rainbird - Exclusive Escapes

A quaint traditional Dunsborough property perfect for your family getaway.

On entry to Rainbird you are welcomed by a large hallway for the kids to throw their sandy shoes off. On the left you will find the Queen master bedroom complete with en-suite, small walk in robe and even a TV lounge area. The bunk room to the right of the entrance has plenty of space for the kids to spread out and relax in.

Moving through to the expansive open plan living area complete with newly refurbished kitchen complete with all appliances you will need to cook up a storm for those hungry bellies after a day of exploring. Don't forget to bring some Nespresso compatible pods for that all important morning coffee whilst you sit outside and enjoy the tranquillity. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas and board games ready for your family to fight over the winners title! In the Winter months, light the fire and sit back with your favourite tipple from the many local wineries in the region. A starter pack of wood will be ready for your arrival (please note this will not be supplied from Spring onwards)

The bedroom wing is complete with the further 2 bedrooms consisting of a Queen, two bunk beds, the family bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.  The master bedroon has a spit sytem airconditioner.

The garden area is a lovely space for the kids to play some back yard cricket or take in the summer rays. It is also fully secure for your peace of mind. The undercover alfresco area is perfect for those balmy evenings where you can enjoy a BBQ sitting around the huge 10 seater table. What a wonderful way to reminisce on the days events and family memories made in our beautiful region!

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
