Sunrise Tranquility - Exclusive Escapes

Arriving at the four bedroom, three bathroom stunning rural home you are greeted by the lush green landscaped gardens with a daybed to relax and enjoy at the front of the home, listening to the tranquil water features.  Enter through the front entrance to overlooking stylish open living area and beyond to the treed vista beyond.  Step down to enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen with all the  mod cons including an Expresso machine to enjoy your morning coffee and the sounds of nature.  After a day of exploring the local Wine Region relax and enjoy in the open living space.

Take your pick for entertaining, either the large dining area with a view or the cosy outdoor kitchen, complete with fridge, stove and pizza oven (please note the pizza oven will be locked and unavailable from the beginning of October to the end of April) and plenty of seating.  Step up to enjoy 6 seater heated spa (please note this takes time to heat)  and transition to the alfresco log burner (please note the log burner fire and pizza oven will be locked and unavailable from the beginning of October to the end of April) with comfy lounge.

Wake up looking over the rolling Yallingup Hills and take in the sunrise in the master wing, complete with queen size bed and large exotic ensuite with freestanding bath to languish in, or enjoy a walk in spacious walk in shower.  Get ready for your relaxing day with double vanity.

The secondary bedroom wing has three separate bedrooms, the first a double bedroom with a queen bed with access to the outside decking area.  There is a ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower and a freestanding bath to soak away.  The next bedroom walking down the hallway has a bunk bed and single bed for the kids.  Alongside is a large media room with an L shaped sofa with Smart TV and Sonos system.  Towards the end of the hallway is a fourth double sized bedroom with a queen bed.  The later bedrooms are service by a bathroom complete with shower and separate WC.

All bedrooms have split system air conditioners. There is enough firewood provided for the start of your stay. If you do run out, you can purchase more at the local service stations.

The double garage houses a fun games area including table tennis, Fooseball and kayaks for the kids or big kids to enjoy!

Sunrise Tranquility is the perfect place to escape for a family holiday either stay in and hide away or get out and about and enjoy the South West.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
