Effortlessly chic and casually comfortable this fairly new 4 bedroom home (2 king beds, 1 queen and a set of bunks) is only a 15 minute walk to Dunsborough’s cafes, restaurants, popular shops and central to the iconic attractions of the Margaret River region. Reverse cycle air-con throughout.

The entry hallway leads you into the TV/Activity area (perfect for the kiddies) bordered by two minor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king bed – both of which centre around the main bathroom and separate toilet facility.

A fourth bedroom complete with bunk beds is the perfect place for a kids sleepout. Our maximum number of guests is 8, for example, 6 adults and 2 children or 4 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms have built-in robes.

The hallway leads into an open plan spacious kitchen, dining and lounge – all comfortably furnished. Timber floors throughout make the home low maintenance while the occasional feature brickwork adds a certain uniqueness.

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar providing a comfortable breakfast seating option, a shiny new 900mm oven for the chefs among you, a dishwasher and convenient walk-in pantry to store all your goodies. There is a laundry with a combination washing machine/dryer. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout means warm or cool with no fuss.

The living area opens to the large Alfresco area complete with outdoor dining table, chairs, BBQ and an enclosed garden with an amazing view overlooking the golf course fairway. The perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or BBQ while you catch up and plan the next day’s activities. There is an outdoor shower accessible through the front gate to the right of the house.

There are plenty of games for adults and the kiddies in the sideboard close to the sliding doors. Table tennis and kids football game set up in garage. 3 bikes available also.

The spacious master bedroom with king size bed leads off from the living area at the back of the home, making it the perfect private sanctuary. It includes a walk-in robe and resort style ensuite complete with spa bath, vanity unit, shower and separate toilet. Another exciting feature in this bedroom is the large glass doors leading out to the rear garden and stunning view of the golf fairway.

Location wise - it's perfect, with numerous amenities within proximity. The Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club and Tavern is a mere stroll up the road as is the town. If you don’t feel like a walk you’ll find a couple of bikes in the garage.
