Three Bears - Exclusive Escapes

Three Bears Located in the bushland of rural Yallingup  Kick back on the balcony, or open up the windows and doors to let in the sound of birdsong while sipping a glass of wine you may have returned with at your day out at Margaret Rivers many wineries.

The kitchen/living/dining area is all open plan and well equipped for entertaining and has a beautiful natural feel with the timber floors and ceilings. There also is a TV/DVD in a separate TV lounge where the children or the family can relax and watch the latest film or TV program.

The home is well suited for 3 couples or 2 small families, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and has its own ensuite. This bedroom opens up onto the deck, (which nearly encompasses the entire house).

Bedroom two houses a king-sized bed that can be split into two singles if desired, with bedroom three having a bunk bed and a single bed. The second two bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath and a separate WC.

A centrally located wood-burning stove warms up the home in winter or alternatively there is a fully ducted Air Conditioning system that will keep you warm in the winter months and cool during the summer.

For families with young children, the homeowners have provided a great trampoline for them to play on, and also some books and games too.

If you are looking for a holiday away from the hustle, yet still in the heart of the Naturaliste region then Three Bears makes perfect sense for your next "Down South" adventure.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
