Vaila - Exclusive Escapes

As you enter the serenity that is Vaila you will be struck with the marri floors which are feature throughout the entire home giving it a warm and cozy feel.

The well equipped kitchen is appointed with gas cooktop and electric oven, has a distinct cottage feel and has plenty of space in which to prepare the family meal or that midday snack. When the meal is ready move on through to the dining area to the beautiful 8-seater dining table to enjoy with a glass of your favorite wine, before retiring to one of the two well furnished living areas.

The master bedroom houses a king sized bed and also boasts an ensuite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms have a queen bed, and double bed, two singles and a bunk bed respectively and are all serviced by the family bathroom.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning services the kitchen and living areas.

Set in bushland, the outdoor area is a great place to sit and chill with family, friends (& furry ones) around the eight seater outdoor setting where you may be enjoying the fruits of labor at the gas barbeque. Although this property is pet-friendly, there is no enclosed yard.

Vaila is located approximately 5 minutes from Yallingup beaches, and it would take in the region of 15 minutes to drive to the town of Dunsborough.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
