Busseltonia is a cosy character vintage home, furnished in a chic country style reflecting the era of the home. You will find four charming bedrooms, that sleep eight, comfortable beds dressed in quality linen, clean modern bathrooms, and a well maintained and fitted-out kitchen. Pretty gardens surround the house. Feel free to pick the roses, lemons, vegetables, and herbs in the garden. Busseltonia is ideally located within easy walking distance to the shopping prescient and main street, (two blocks away) and the beautiful promenade beach foreshore, children's playground, and international level skate park. Ideal for couples or small families. Enjoy food and beer at the Shelter Brewery. Breakfast at the Goose Cafe, near the Jetty, overlooking the sparkling ocean, is not to be missed. (Currently under reconstruction) Reverse cycle air-conditioning in two main living areas and the bunk rooms for cooling or warmth and a slow combustion wood stove for cosy winter days. Your wood is chopped and ready for use. Spacious well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, two living areas, two complete bathrooms with toilets, pretty grassed back garden ideal for entertaining. The driveway can accommodate three cars. Fully fenced and secure backyard. Close proximity to leash-free beaches and opposite Churchill Park playing fields. An ideal location to run your dog.

Entry and departure times to property are strictly as follows unless otherwise advised by the owner. Late departure can be arranged, providing no change over of tenants occur on the same day. Departure -10 am. Arrival - 2 pm. Minimum stay requirements cannot be reduced.
The home is owned by a Perth family who uses it frequently for their escape from the city. We hope you enjoy BUSSELTONIA and the surrounding areas as much as we do.
ALL BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED FOR ALL BEDS.
Doonas are supplied with all beds. Extra blankets are available. Electric blankets on both Queen beds. Bed guard bunk beds, high chair, travel cot, and a small child's pusher in the bunk room. Children's toys, DVD's, games. DOGS only are allowed. We ask that you respect our home and ensure that animals are kept OFF FURNITURE AND BEDS. Keep bedroom doors shut to avoid pets soiling carpet and beds. Please make certain the grounds are left clean of dog deposits and urine spots hosed off. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, AS PER CITY OF BUSSELTON REGULATIONS. Your support of these conditions will ensure we can continue to offer our house to dog owners. STRICTLY NO CATS. OUR FAMILY SUFFERS FROM ASTHMA AND SEVERE CAT ALLERGIES. PET ADDENDUM will be sent on booking.
The Pantry
Tea, coffee, sugar supplies can be found in the Dresser pantry. We supply ground coffee, suitable for the plunger, and a Nespresso Pod machine with coffee pods for your use. Feel free to use any condiments from the pantry. Large Woolworths & Coles supermarkets are two blocks away and are open 7 days a week.
We highly recommend the following cafes for good coffee and food in Busselton.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most tenants will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Please advise owners of any significant damage.
Departure - the property should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests unless arrangements have been made with the owner for a later check-out. Please enquire. We are happy to arrange a later check-out if we do not have guests checking in the same day.
Disturbance to neighbours, including loud conversation and loud music noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. The City of Busselton has passed new regulations in 2022 regarding short stay accommodation. You will be fined accordingly if neighbours complain.
SANITISING KITCHEN SPRAY AND HAND SANITISER ARE PLACED IN THE KITCHEN FOR YOUR USE.
