Escape to the hills of Yallingup, a stone's throw from the iconic Yallingup Lagoon and a short walk down the Ghost Trail to Caves House. Yallingup Beach is suited for families and adventurers alike, having both a sheltered lagoon for safe swimming, and world-class surfing break out beyond the reef. The owners once counted that it is only 300 steps to the sand of Yallingup Beach, see if your family and friends can match the magic number of 300 steps! You can even hear the waves crashing on the beach from the house.

The newly built home is nestled in the dunes of Yallingup. Enter the home into the living area which has comfy couches for relaxing and a Smart TV for those lazy days!  A modern kitchen with a lovely window for natural light and all the requirements to make a chef's meal.  The dining room opens out onto the rear patio, you can dine in or out, or bbq when weather permits.

On the ground level is a large bedroom with a bunk bed, a sofa and Smart TV and also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your use.

Making your way to the second level of the home you will find two bedrooms both with Queen beds with wardrobes and a bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower.  The master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite is also on this level and have robes too!

Enjoy a local coffee shop within walking distance for coffee or breakfast, or travel a bit further and explore local wineries, artisans or just watch the sunset on Yallingup Beach.

There is parking for three cars on site. Please note that all cars must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. There is no street parking available.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
