Clairault is named after the nearby Cape Clairault, a prominent local landmark to the south of the popular surfing beach in Yallingup. Surrounded by majestic forest and looking out across the lush Clairault vineyard, the cellar door and restaurant oozes style. The executive chef produces seasonal menus that delight the senses, created from fresh locally sourced ingredients.
