All Seasons - Exclusive Escapes

Dunsborough is one of the most ideally situated towns in Western Australia. Apart from being surrounded by gorgeous beaches, fantastic wineries and beautiful countryside, it also offers great restaurants, shops and plenty of attractions to amuse the kids.

Well situated in the very sought after Old Dunsborough, and within seconds of the beach is All Seasons, a four-bedroom property perfect for the family getaway, or even time away with good friends.

The main living area is a cosy space upstairs. Next to the living area and dining suite, you will find the kitchen, perfect for the budding chef in the group to prepare breakfast in readiness for your day or the evening meal over which you may discuss the days adventures.

You may even choose to chill on the balcony and cook on the gas BBQ, and relax with a nice glass of wine whilst taking in the ocean views.

With four bedrooms sleeping 10 guests, you will find a King-sized bed in the master room. The family bathroom services the bedrooms, which have 2xQueen beds, and finally a Tri bunk bed with a seperate Single bed. The family bathroom complete with bath and seperate shower is located conveniently near to each bedroom. There are also 2x seperate toilets.

Downstairs you will find a kids retreat, WC and a shower. This area is un-renovated and retains its original character. For the older kids who want to keep up to date with their social media, then the free WiFi will be a welcome addition for your stay.

If you are looking for that perfect getaway for the family, close to the beach that is extremely well priced, then a trip to All Seasons must not pass you by. Pet friendly and a fully enclosed garden for your peace of mind.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
