Allure - Exclusive Escapes

This magnificent home designed by a renowned Dunsborough Architect has remarkable ocean views over Whalers Cove Dunsborough.

Allure is a three-storey home with the bottom floor having spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. In the centre of the ground floor is a media room with a Smart TV and outside a private outdoor area, with an outdoor shower for after the beach.

Taking the stairs to the first level you enter into an open living, dining and kitchen area which has a Smart TV.  This space opens out onto a wide balcony with sweeping views of the bay, you can relax or cook a bbq and enjoy the vista.  During the winter months this space can also be used as there are outdoor heaters. The kitchen has quality appliances and modern furniture with gas stove top and electric oven and a family-sized dishwasher.  This open space has a reverse cycle air conditioner to heat or cool the space as required.

The next level has a large open master bedroom with a king-size bed and reverse cycle air conditioning, open ensuite with a walk-in shower and walk-in robe.  The balcony on this level has an outdoor sitting area to enjoy.

Allure is just a short walk to town and a stroll down to the beach, or take a drive to the wineries and restaurants and the south-west attractions.

Please note there is only parking for two vehicles at this property. All vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times and access can not be impeded for neighbouring properties.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
