No school leavers. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am This a no-smoking property. No pets allowed No School Leavers Parties & large gatherings not permitted. The total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number. Bed type: 1 King Bed Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking. The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night. Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to: Put all furniture back in original positions All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places. All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins. BBQ gas turned off after use. Ovens – food removed and wiped.
