Bacchus is a spacious, two storey beach style house in Dunsborough. Property is located a 5 min walk to the local swimming beach and a relaxing 25 min walk along the foreshore to the town centre with cafes, bars and restaurants.

Heating for winter includes a wood fire upstairs (you need to supply your own fire starters and timber), a split a/c system upstairs and a gas heater downstairs.

House has generous living areas making an ideal property to accommodate 2 families or multiple couples, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate living areas, an upstairs balcony and a downstairs deck area.

Back garden is accessible from downstairs living area and provides an uncover furnished deck with BBQ and grass area. The garden is fully enclosed making an ideal location for children.

Balcony is accessible from upstairs living/kitchen area and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. External stairs provide easy access from the balcony to the garden areas. A gate across top of balcony stairs secures access to the balcony area.

Front yard offers undercover parking for cars and room to park a boat. Convenient proximity to Dunsborough Bay boat ramp.

A fantastic location to stay while you enjoy the local beach environment or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries and the stunning coastline. The location provides convenient access to walking and bike trails that lead to Castle Rock and Bunker Bay.
