Entering through the large double doors you are greeted by an impressive hallway with some great artwork to admire. The King master bedroom to the left boasts a huge walk in closet and en-suite complete with his and her sinks. A welcome addition to this bedroom is the sliding doors leading out on to the side of the paved alfresco.

On the right hand side of the house you will find the further 2 bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. Relax in the bath after a hard days exploring or playing those 18 holes! The double bedrooms all have walk in robes and decorated tastefully.

Moving through the house you will find the study to the right should you need to do any work whilst you are aware. Alternatively this could be used as a calm and peaceful reading snug.

The very modern kitchen complete with all integrated appliances will allow you to cook up a storm! Use the Nespresso coffee machine for your morning hit but dont forget to bring along your pods. Compete for bragging rights on the snooker table or even on the putting green in the garden..What an apt novelty! The dining room has a beautiful large table where you can discuss the days antics with your favourite tipple. Perhaps you may like to do this in the undercover outdoor area over looking the beautiful green of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. Should you want a more cosy atmosphere, retreat to the lounge area and snuggle up on the sofa with a book or a film on the big screen.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
