Our beach side rammed limestone apartments sit at the highest point of the Gnarabup/Prevelly hillside offering expansive Indian Ocean views. The world class surf, sunsets, shipping and marine life are captivating and spectacular. Our 25m infinity Lap Pool is heated by solar panels to 26 degrees in summer. Enjoy Ocean views on the deck by the pool in this idyllic setting or an evening BBQ whilst watching the sun set. The Cape to Cape hiking track is adjacent to our home or a 10 minute walk gets you to pristine beaches and Cafe's. The stunning Margaret River Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive or if you are feeling a little more adventurous then 20 minutes in any direction takes you to Caves,world class Galleries and Wineries, Lighthouses, secluded beaches and fishing spots. Apartment 2 is a huge 100 square metres (1000 sq/ft) with reverse cycle heating and cooling for your comfort. It includes 2 very large bedrooms each with queen beds including all linen and towels, sharing one bathroom with separate toilet and open Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area. The lounge has comfortable leather lounges, tv and dvd player. If the fresh Margaret River produce inspires you to cook we have the outdoor BBQ or a 3/4 kitchen that is superbly equiped other than having an oven. Bring your music and plug into our docking station via your earplug point to have your music amplified through the living and outdoor area. Our neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil apart from the sound of the surf and birds. There is no public transport in Margaret River so a car is essential. There are ample tour and winery operators offering group or private tours if you prefer not to drive. We live on the property in our own apartment but all apartments are completely seperate with their own private entry & outdoor entertaining areas. All are unseen from each other & totally seperate.
