This Dunsborough Holiday Home is truly a perfect mix of location, location, location. The front garden overlooks one of the main reasons the region is so popular, The Dunsborough Foreshore. With a child friendly beach on your door step or enjoy the fully enclosed yard with swings, large JumpFlex trampoline and treehouse! With all of Dunsboroughs distinctive shops and cafes literally a short stroll away; this house has the makings of a "perfect getaway". Sit in one of the 2 outdoor verandah areas or watch the kids play in the garden whilst sitting at the outdoor bench table complete with umbrella to keep you cool in the shade. This home will delightfully surprise for the whole stay.

A large open plan kitchen with Nespresso pod coffee machine, makes it perfect for entertaining; opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area. The home has reverse cycle air condition, ceiling fans in every room and centrally position a classic wood heater. The Living/dining has a huge wooden bench table, large sofa with huge flat screen TV & DVD.

The home itself is well appointed and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and comfortably sleeps 8. The king master bedroom is comfortable and spacious with a large TV& DVD player... but it doesn't stop there.... bedroom 2 also has a King & bedroom 3 housing a queen bed and TV with the last bedroom containing 2x single beds perfect for the kids! All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind, and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region.

Cycling and walking trails through the Unique Meelup National Park; swimming, boating and fishing in Geographe Bay are all literally a stones throw from this property. Further afield are arguably some of the best surfing in world, numerous wineries and over 5 microbreweries all within 30 mins drive from this wonderful Dunsborough Holiday home.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
