Arriving through the front entrance there is a TV room to the right complete with large corner sofa and reverse cycle aircon perfect for all seasons. On this level you will also find 4x of the 5x bedrooms, and not forgetting the kids retreat which even has a small kitchenette area. The ground floor bedrooms are serviced by the bathroom with stand alone shower and opposite this is the laundry room inclusive of a washing machine and dryer.

Moving upstairs you are greeted by the large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped ready for the chef of the family to take the lead on cooking duties. Take your pick of sitting on the balcony looking at the Peppermint tree's or around the dining table inside. Along the hallway is the master King room with walk in robe and doors leading out on to the balcony again. Stay cool in Summer and cosy in the cooler months with the reverse cycle air con unit and there is also a Pot Belly Fireplace for winter. Please note, firewood is not provided for the fireplace. If you would like to use the fireplace, firewood is available from the local service stations. This floor also has the family bathroom with stand alone shower and seperate WC.

The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
