Baydream Believer - Exclusive Escapes

A three storey home on the peaceful Geographe Bay in Broadwater, Busselton.  Part of the Sebel Resort the home offers a scenic, relaxed getaway for families and couples alike.

Baydream Believer is nestled in Peppermint trees alongside the bay, with a path direct to the beach from the alfresco at the rear of the home. Upon returning from the beach, you can enjoy a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand and salt away.

The ground floor boasts a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a games/office area to the front.  The large kitchen is a chefs delight or take it easy dine at local restaurants close by.

The first floor has a queen size bedroom with built in robes and an ensuite.  Walking through double doors on this second level you then pass into a large open master bedroom with a walk in robe and parents retreat overlooking the balcony.  The balcony has room to dine out or relax in the outdoor lounge setting and overlook the bay through the peppermint trees. The king size bed and coastal decor provide a relaxing atmosphere and for extra luxury the ensuite has a spa!

The third floor is a large bedroom with two bunk beds to one side of this large space and a sofa and bean bags for relaxing in the kids retreat which houses a television and video games to keep the young ones entertained. Foxtel, Netflix and Stan are all provided at the property for a lazy afternoon indoors or movie night.

There is a gas fireplace to keep warm in winter and whole of home air-conditioning for the summer months.

The resort amenities are available for guests to enjoy and include:

- Two tennis courts

- Two squash courts

- Heated indoor spa and swimming pool

- Outdoor swimming pool (not heated). Please bring your own pool towels, these are not provided by the resort.

- Gymnasium

- Jogging and cycling paths

- Games room and kids play room

- Bike hire

Please note there is a garage at the property that can accommodate 2 cars. Any other cars or vehicles will need to be parked in guest parking at the resort. Access to the property is through the resort's main entrance at reception and please note that there is only space enough for two cars at the property, although there is more parking available off-site close by.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
