Situated in a quiet, family friendly cul-de-sac, the entry of Breezy Bay Retreat opens onto a light and airy living area. Downstairs is the modern kitchen, joining onto a dining area and lounge with wood fire place. The TV There are large glass doors opening onto an outdoor sitting area on the front side, as well as a separate outdoor dining and BBQ area.
Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and large walk-through wardrobe to a private ensuite. The other downstairs bedroom is the bunk room for the kids. There is also a third toilet and powder room downstairs for family and guests to use.
Moving upstairs there is another TV with lounge area. This is a perfect area for the kids to get away to. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have queen beds and the second bathroom services these bedrooms.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
