'Brumby Cottage' - Conveniently located between town and surf and set on 3 acres of private and picturesque farmland with landscaped native gardens and lawn. This fully self-contained 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cedar-wood cottage is the ideal getaway. Fresh linen, bedding, towels and guest amenities are provided.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant native bird-life and wild kangaroos. There is an enormous fenced landscaped 'back yard' where your little ones and/or dogs can play care-free. FREE Wi-Fi! Huge Smart TV - Log into your own streaming accounts or choose a movie from our DVD collection.
Reconnect with family by playing cards or a board game.
Large open plan living area with slow combustion wood fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioner. Fire wood, matches and firelighters are supplied - during the cooler months.
3 x BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed.
Second Bedroom - 1 x Double Bed.
Third Bedroom - 2 x Single Beds.
Quality fresh linen, bedding and extra blankets are provided.
PLEASE NOTE - The rate for 2 Guests is for the use of the master bedroom. Bookings of 3 - 4 guests have access to 2 bedrooms i.e The Master bedroom, plus the choice of the 2nd bedroom with a Double bed or 2 x Single beds. All 3 bedrooms are accessible for bookings of 5 - 6 guests. A rollaway bed is provided for a 7th guest.
For those not wanting to share a bedroom, a $30 per bedroom, per night, extra charge applies if an additional bedroom is required for 2 - 4 guests.
A Standard $125 PER BOOKING cleaning fee applies.
Fully Equipped and Self Contained Kitchen. Fridge/Freezer, Gas Cook Top, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven. All cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. Dish-washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towels provided. Salt and pepper, tea, coffee (instant and pods) sugar plus 1 x litre of milk are supplied.
1 Bathroom - Please note- The shower is over the bath. Towels, hand towels and face washers are provided. Soaps, mini shampoos and conditioners are supplied
Large 'Dog friendly' laundry equipped with front loading washing machine - Washing powder is supplied. Separate toilet - Toilet paper is supplied.
Classic Aussie 'Hills Hoist' washing line with pegs. Iron and Ironing board. Gas BBQ on Porch. BBQ utensils provided. Several out door seating options. There is also an out door Fire Pit for toasting marshmallows in winter. - Check with the Margaret River Shire for fire permitted inclusive dates.

To maintain our excellent standard of cleanliness we have established a basic 'Dog Policy'- Well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay at 'Brumby Cottage' providing owners are happy to agree and abide by our 3 simple dog rules. *
1.Owners are to bring and provide their dogs' own bedding, water and food bowls.
2.Poo bags are supplied - Prior to departure, owners are required to clean up after their dogs.
3.When inside - Dogs are to be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture at all times and are not to be left inside unattended. A doggy door is on the flyscreen door of the laundry which is accessible from the covered verandah. An enormous fenced yard surrounds the cottage.
'Brumby Cottage' is located only 5 minutes drive S/W of the bustling Margaret River Townsite and close to the pristine beaches of Redgate, Prevelly or Gnarabup.
'Just down the road' from internationally renowned wineries, including Xanadu, Leeuwin Estate and Voyager - Just to name a few. Enjoy tasting premium Margaret River wines and dine on delicious gourmet local produce.
