About this property
Carpe Artes is like no other and will impress the whole family, especially the kids with its very own treehouse-style cubby house with flying fox, sandpit, slide, climbing walls and a swing. Just quietly, adults love it too!
The home is nestled amongst its own 8 acres and is located 3 minutes from the famous Surfers Point and 10 minutes from Town. There are cycle/walkways near the property that lead to both. The safe family beach of Gnarabup with the renowned “White Elephant’s” coffee and The Commons Bistro are less than 2 kms further on. Carpe Artes looks over the Indian Ocean beyond, simply amazing.
There is access to a private tennis court and pavilion (which it shares with Carpe Vino and Carpe Mykonos, the adjoining properties, each with their own 8 acres). Tennis racquets and balls are provided.
