Chestnut Brook Guesthouse

Our property is a great spot to relax or base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples.

We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. The Margaret River in walking distance.

We are located 3km from town centre. It is about a 4 minute drive & approximately a 20-30 minute walk.

There is access to down the Margaret River on our street. It is approx 1 km away & walking distance of approx 15 mins.

The guest house is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property.

We live in the 2 homes in the middle of the property but there is plenty of space between us to give our guests their privacy.

Cottage is located at the bottom of our property, so a short walk down the 40 path from the parking area. Please aware it is sloping (see photos)

The cottage has it own yard which is fenced off. The paddock area between the car park & cottage area is also fenced off from our horses.

Due to our location we recommend that you have a car if you choose to stay with us.
We want you to be aware that being so close to the beautiful trees that we have a WATERLESS nature loo & the bathroom entrance is off the deck (access through front door around corner) please see photos.

The queen size bed is very comfortable. It is located upstairs in our loft area.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave & enough equipment to make a easy meal.

We have WIFI available to our guests.

In addition we are offering Fetch TV with a number of channels. Guests can access their Netflix, prime & stan accounts from here too.
