Entering into the house with the queen master bedroom on the right along with shared en-suite, the flow of the house takes you through the main living, dining and lounge area. Sit around the 8 seater dining table and discuss the days events or you may wish to choose to dine alfresco if the weather is warmer and take advantage of the BBQ provided. Fight for bragging rights on who has the best putting shot!

The lounge area is comfortable and cosy for you to relax and watch a movie at the end of a hard days exploring. Light the fire in the cooler period or leave the patio doors open for the sea breeze.

The kitchen is filled with all the appliances you need to entertain those hungry mouths.

Upstairs you will find the further 2 bedrooms, comprising of another Queen bed and a room with 2x singles. There is a family bathroom located on this level to service these bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have split-system airconditioners.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
