If you instant book, you are likely to have to cancel and await the refund to go back onto your card. If you just need one night, make an enquiry and we will do our best to assist if we can. Doonas and pillows (and covers) are provided. you can either bring your own sheets towels and pillowcases or book via our cleaners at $25 per queen and $18 per single bed.

Large 4 bedroomed house with WIFI and fetch TV which is ideal for both for families, or for couples wanting a romantic weekend away.

The house is located in a quiet street literally 1 minute away from the town centre of Dunsborough. 1 minutes walk to the Bungalow and Blue Manna and 5 mins walk to the beach.

You can walk into town in the morning and either have a full cooked breakfast at one of the cafés, or alternatively, grab some fresh bread and coffee from the bakery and sit under the peppermint trees and watch the birds in the huge back garden.

The house has a huge master bedroom upstairs with a walk in robe and en suite and a sofa and TV.

It is an ideal getaway any time of the year, having either split system air conditioning or ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and a split system air con in the main living area and master bedroom.

There is no need to take your car out if you want to go to dinner, all the town centre restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

There are bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom on the ground floor so the house is also ideal for elderly guests who don't wish to use the stairs.

Large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area with Fetch TV leading to a large courtyard and grassed garden beyond.

4 generously sized bedrooms, two with built ins, and one with a walk in robe, so there is plenty of storage.
