Enjoy being just 400 m (a 5 minute walk) to the Dunn Bay Foreshore beach and a 5 minute walk into Dunsborough City Centre boasting a wide array of cafes, restaurants, speciality stores, bakeries and wine bars.

This location offers a fantastic holiday lifestyle with beautiful swimming beaches at your door step and is an ideal escape located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The home is spacious and offers 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Grevillea Getaway sleeps 10 comfortably and caters for families with children.

With a large front yard and alfresco and a large open plan living/dining area the home ensures a beautiful balance between entertaining and quiet family spaces. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are double rooms which also boast their own ensuite and walk-in robes.

There is also one bedroom specifically designed for children which has its own bunkbed comprising of the bottom double bed and top bunk which is a single size. This room also allows for ease of transition into a further adult bedroom however the top bunk is not suitable for adults. Adults cannot sleep on the top bunk.

The home contains air conditioning for warmer months and a wood fire for winter (wood is supplied).

The home also contains a hot outdoor shower which is perfect for after the beach. The large undercover outdoor area comes complete with a fire pit and bbq.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage.

All kitchen appliances, crockery and glass wear are provided for guest’s use.

Minimum 3 nights stay, but a 2 night may be accepted upon request.

We DO NOT accept bookings for Leavers Bookings under any circumstances. Please do not enquire for these bookings.

The house is also in a residential area and as such no events, parties or gatherings are permitted.
