Disclaimer: There is a full-time tenant that lives in the shed/annexe located at the rear of the property. This area is not for Guest use. The tenant does not have access to the main house or its surrounding amenities. Please note the driveway is shared between the main house and the shed/annexe.
Wattleridge is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home, boasting incredible treetop vistas and a sublime and peaceful ambience. A theatre room is situated in the guest wing of the home, with a comfortable seating area and smart TV.
The master suite is located in its own wing of the home, offering ultimate privacy and relaxation; and overlooks the beautiful scenery This inviting area includes a king bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe. Also features a ensuite with a free-standing bath , and walk-in shower.

A scenic 11-minute (approx.) drive will have you at some of Yallingups most famous beaches such as Yallingup Lagoon and Smiths Beach; renowned for its surf breaks and turquoise blue waters.
