Welcome to Isla Escape, your fairway retreat in Dunsborough Lakes. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families or groups seeking a relaxed base close to the beach, town centre, and the highlights of the Margaret River region.
The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, all air-conditioned for year-round comfort. The master suite includes a king bed, ensuite, and walk-in robe. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for children or extra guests. All minor bedrooms include robes and share a large family bathroom, with an additional separate WC for convenience.
At the heart of the home is a welcoming open-plan living area with generous seating, air-conditioning, and a smart TV. Large windows frame leafy views of the 13th fairway of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, creating a calm and relaxing outlook. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a coffee machine and grinder, smoothie maker, sandwich press, and a large fridge/freezer. A round dining table sets the scene for shared meals, while outside there is a Weber gas BBQ.
A second theatre room at the front of the house provides a cosy retreat for children to watch TV or play games, while adults unwind in the main living space. This room also includes a desk, making it a practical option if you need to work during your stay.
The location offers the best of both worlds — quiet and private, yet only a five-minute drive or a thirty-minute walk to Dunsborough town centre and the beach. Whether you’re exploring wineries, surf breaks, bush trails, or local cafés, this home is a fantastic base for your Margaret River escape.
Guests are welcome to bring their furry friend along, and bikes stored in the garage are available for use. Parking is provided for one car in the garage and two more on the driveway.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face cloths.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 9pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
