Welcome to your soon-to-be favourite Dunsborough getaway. This spacious, comfortable home is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing base close to the beach, town and the best of the Margaret River region.

The house features four well-appointed bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, air-conditioning and a stylish ensuite; two queen bedrooms; and a fourth bedroom with two single beds perfect for kids.

You’ll enjoy an inviting open-plan living area with plenty of seating, a smart TV and air-conditioning. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped, complete with a Nespresso machine, air-fryer and everything you need for easy holiday meals. There’s also a separate dining room for shared dinners, plus a second living area.

Step outside to a private, enclosed courtyard featuring shade and lush plants, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The location is hard to beat: just a ten-minute walk to Dunsborough town centre, five minutes to the calm swimming waters of Geographe Bay, and directly opposite the Marri conservation reserve. Whether you’re exploring wineries, beaches or bush trails, it’s a fantastic base for discovering the Margaret River region.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

One bag of firewood is provided June to September. There is air-conditioning in the main room and master bedroom.
