The Space -
As you walk in the door, you are greeted by a bright light filled entry area with a stairway to upstairs. The ground floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a separate powder-room and access to the double garage. Through the glass door in the entry has the open plan dining, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is modern, stylish and every chef’s dream, with induction cooktop, dishwasher, and a double door fridge with water dispenser.
A gorgeous timber dining table opens out onto the outdoor patio area which has high bar table and amazing forest views. The living area has comfortable seating for 6 guests with a huge ‘picture’ window you can say Kaya (Hello) to the trees as you take in the magic view or sit back and relax while watching your favourite TV show on the wall mounted smart TV.
Upstairs you are welcomed by the games room with built in seating, smart TV and pool table. There is also a north facing balcony perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of local wine. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a second powder room. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds and a foosball table to keep the kids entertained! Parking is a breeze, with parking for two cars in the double garage with the EV Charger, one of only a handful found at a holiday home in Margaret River!

Please be advised that construction is currently underway on the block next door. Builders will be on site and there may be construction noise during daytime hours.
Kaya Karri has double glazed windows and doors as well as acoustic insulation and the house is facing east/north with the back to the construction so this should minimise any noise disturbance.
