La Vacanza - Exclusive Escapes

Set in a quiet new road in Old Dunsborough this spectacular and spacious home is the perfect getaway for two families or a small group of friends. From the moment you enter this beautiful house, you are struck with a real feeling of space with the high ceilings, large windows and lightly coloured decor adorned with beautiful artwork.

Located on the ground floor is the first bedroom, with its queen-sized bed and walk-in robe and is blessed with a good sized en-suite with a large shower, double vanity and separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor with a further queen bed and a king bed (can be split to two singles) respectively and these bedrooms are separated by a huge family bathroom which includes a large shower, double vanity and a bath.

Also on the ground floor is a living area complete with lounge, large screen TV and a kitchenette.

Moving up to the first floor, you are greeted by a huge well-equipped kitchen complete with 900mm gas cooktop, twin ovens, microwave and large marble island. If more room is required, then there is also the large butlers kitchen, complete with dishwasher and further double sink.

On those warm summer evenings, why not open up the doors in the dining area to the expansive balcony to let the outside in while you enjoy the fruits of your labour around the large family sized dining suite. Later on, enjoy a glass of wine or a cappuccino, using the supplied Nespresso machine, out on the balcony, or maybe you would like to enjoy a movie on the large screen TV in the lounge area with plenty of seats for all guests.

Bedroom four houses a queen-sized bed and is located on the first floor also, but prepare yourself as you walk through to the En Suite, for the sheer enormity of the walk in robe leading into the bathroom with its shower, double vanity and free standing bath, will leave you wondering where the space comes from.

Finally, on the second floor, you will find a living area with TV and even another kitchenette. This 2nd floor room exits out onto another large balcony, where you will really appreciate the view over Geographe Bay.

La Vacanza is fully air-conditioned apart from the top floor, although this room does have a ceiling fan to help keep you cool in those summer months.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
