The downstairs family lounge is complete with a Smart TV for streaming, while upstairs, the main living area offers an oversized leather lounge and connects seamlessly to an outdoor balcony with a BBQ and projector for alfresco movie nights.



The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space with options to dine inside and out. A treasure trove of fun, end your evening in the games room with a retro arcade, table tennis, foosball, and more. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the surfboards, kayaks, and mountain bikes ready for adventure.



The primary suite upstairs features a dreamy canopy queen bed, a cosy reading nook, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath for indulgent soaks, plus a separate shower. Bedrooms two, three, and four are located downstairs and beautifully appointed with queen beds and a light, airy colour palette. Bedroom five is perfect for kids with a bunk bed, while a study desk offers a convenient space to work remotely. These bedrooms share the main bathroom downstairs, fitted with a shower and separate toilet for added privacy.



Ample driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles, making it ideal for larger groups. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance for guest safety.
