It is a quiet and private sanctuary, spread across 2 and a half acres that is home to many species of birds and wildlife. The relaxed Provence style gardens are spectacular in Spring when the olive grove, native gum trees, lavendar and rosemary bring the garden to life. The original farm house is open plan and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a large library/music/reading room, potbelly fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, new fridge and sparkling clean oven. Outside are couches on the verandah for sitting and watching the wildlife and an undercover area with a BBQ for alfresco dining.
