The property is a two-storey, four bedroom, two bathroom, house that has panoramic ocean views.

Located in Geographe Bay, this rare property is less than 10 minutes drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops in the heart of Busselton, a few minutes walk to the marina, and local restaurant, and a 30 minute drive to Margaret River. It is also centrally located to other tourist towns.

The house is furnished with three queen size beds, two king single beds, gas fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning, LCD TV in the downstairs living room and a 37 inch LCD TV in the upstairs living area.

The modern kitchen is well-appointed to cater for up to eight guests or light-up the gas-fired BBQ and dine alfresco on the fish you catch that day while watching the sunset over the ocean. There is a double garage and outdoor shower.

The minimum hire is two nights. The house is not available for hire to school leavers. Pets are welcome on the condition of a $350 bond, which will be returned if there is no extra cleaning required or damage caused by pets.
