Pelly Place is a light, bright and beautifully styled 4 bedroom beach cottage perfectly located in the heart of Dunsborough. It's perfect for families or for groups travelling together.

Featuring 1 King Bedroom with en-suite, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a children's room with bunk beds. The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults plus up to 4 children.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen includes brand new electric oven and six burner gas stove, stainless steel fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine with separate milk frother, and an array of cooking equipment and utensils. There is even a few staples available to use.

Should you opt to eat out, town is just 400 m away where there are plenty of cafes, and restaurants and we are happy to provide recommendations for you.

There are two bathrooms - one brand new with double basins, rain shower and toilet and the other with renovated shower and toilet.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living and dining area and also in the Main Bedroom.

The cottage opens out onto a sunny back deck with a HUGE grassed lawn and swing set to entertain the kids! There is a BBQ for use. The house also has everything you need for children from toys, games, books, stroller, port-a-cot and high chair.

There is a single garage and ample parking available on the property, with a large driveway for an additional two cars.

Cleaning Fee of $150 per stay and $100 Linen Fee per stay.
