Prowse Beach House - Exclusive Escapes

Prowse Beach House has everything you need for the perfect family getaway to the South West. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom sweet beach house is situated just a few streets back from the beach and a minutes walk to town so you can experience the local cafes, bars and markets. Entering through the front door you will find the spacious lounge area complete with large comfy sofa ready for you to relax on after a hard days exploring. Curl up and watch a movie on the big screen TV. This room leads through to the open plan kitchen and dining area complete with a wood fire to keep you cosy on those winter days and nights. If you are visiting us in Summer then the reverse cycle unit will keep the space cool for you to enjoy.

On the left hand side of the house the first bedroom to greet you is the master complete with en-suite and King size bed. The middle bedroom is perfect for the children as it has a tri bunk, and finally the 3rd bedroom at the rear of the property is a Queen sized bed. Servicing the kids room and the Queen bedroom is the bathroom/ laundry room complete with separate WC.

Another reason for the popularity of this property is the large garden complete with kids play frame and the garage which has been converted into a games room ready for Dad to watch the boxing day cricket!

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
