The Red Cat Shack is on the ocean side of Caves Road. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a stone's throw away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Centrally located (in a cul-de-sac) and well equipped home. Use the Red Cat Shack as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region.

You will need to supply your own bottom sheets, top sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels and tea towels. If you require us to hire linen for you we can at $25 per person per stay.

Booking Conditions:
A cleaning fee of $120 applies to all bookings.

FOR LEAVERS:
Nightly rate: $425 per night
Cleaning fee: $270 (fee includes linen, leavers to bring own beach and bath towels)
Security bond: $500 (strictly only 6 to stay at the house)

NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE:
We do want you to enjoy everything this house has to offer, however, we simply ask that you respect the house and the neighbourhood. NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE allowed. The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, and neighbours expect it to remain that way. Your reservation confirms your agreement to STRICTLY OBSERVE this house rule. This is NOT a party house. If you have the expectation of partying or having loud noise or music, we ask that you PLEASE DO NOT book this house.
