Welcome to Reflection, a charming 4 bedroom 3 bathroom holiday house nestled amidst the picturesque beauty of Margaret River, only 2mins drive to town. This luxurious waterside retreat offers a homely escape for up to 8 guests, providing a haven of comfort and tranquility. The home is split level, with two master bedrooms upstairs, each with their own balcony and ensuite, a further two bedrooms on the entry level and open plan kitchen living dining on the lower lakeside level. Reflection offers the perfect space for a family with grown children* or small group travelling together.
The Space
This spacious holiday house boasts four inviting bedrooms, each tastefully furnished for your relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are equipped as master suites, complete with queen bed, air-conditioning, their own ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. You'll be treated to the luxury of waking up to breathtaking views of the lake just beyond your window. The remaining two bedrooms are on the entry level of the home each offering two single beds, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for your guests.
The living spaces at Reflection are thoughtfully designed to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. The heart of the home is an open-concept living and dining area, where large windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood in. The furnishings are homely and inviting, creating an ideal space for relaxation, conversation, and gatherings around the 8 seater dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine makes preparing delicious meals for the group a breeze, and you can savour your creations at the dining table or on the balcony overlooking the lake.
One of the standout features of this holiday house is the expansive balcony that provides a front-row seat to the breathtaking lake views. With outdoor seating, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as you listen to the birdsong or to unwind in the evening with a glass of local wine**. The house is located in a private gated street of just six houses, with pin-code car gate to enter the small street ‘Waterside’ complex. There is ample parking for two cars in the carport at the front of the property, and further off street parking right across the road from the house.

Strictly No Pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
*Water Danger / Child Safety: Please note that there are steep stairs inside the property and a lake at the front of the property which is not gated, we don't advertise this as a family friendly property for these reasons. If children are joining you, your little ones will need to be supervised at all times.
No Flyscreens: please note, there are no flyscreens on any of the windows. The downstairs living room doors do have flyscreens. The upstairs bedrooms have sliding door screens on order.
